Hi, we’re Dan & Rachel.

We’re a husband and wife team that specializes in special buildings. From historic restorations to custom timber frames to MCM homes, our passion and dedication lies with spaces that have a soul.

We are located in Cedarburg, WI and offer a full suite of services throughout Ozaukee County and the greater Milwaukee area. For the right project, we are always open to an adventure!

Our Services

    Design & Plans

    Whether you have your own vision or dream or we help you craft it, we offer a full suite of design, blueprinting, and 3D modeling services.

    Timber Framing

    We offer timber framing services ranging from starting from scratch for a new build or addition, restoring or repairing an existing timber framed structure, or even installing a timber frame within an existing home. If you can think of it, we are open to it!

    Historic Masonry

    In an effort to do best by our historic stone structures, we are both certified DSWA Level 1 Stone Wallers. We are both devoted to the highest level of care and repair for stone buildings and only use historic materials (lime mortars) appropriate for stone buildings.

    Milling

    We own a portable swing blade sawmill that is capable of cutting a max of 10”x20” cant (currently up to 28’, but could be longer upon special request).

    Historic Restoration

    We work with historic buildings in need of total restoration to tasteful remodeling and updating in keeping with the character of the home.

    MCM Homes

    We offer a full range of services working on these unique homes and buildings, whether restoration or seamless additions that match the innate character and style of the original building.
